• Pressure wash all surfaces minimum 2,000 psi; remove all dirt, grease, chalk, and loose coating.
• Steel: abrasive blast to SSPC-SP grade per system (SP-6 minimum; SP-10 for high-performance).
• Masonry/concrete: mechanical prep to ICRI CSP 3 minimum; prime if required.
• Document surface profile with Testex tape or comparator.

• Apply 2-coat elastomeric system at minimum 20 mil DFT total; verify coverage with notched wet film gauge.
• Apply second coat at 90° to first coat; inspect for holidays; touch up pinholes before cure.
• Approved: BASF MasterSeal 590, Tremco ExoAir 230, Sherwin-Williams Loxon XL.

• Surface preparation per SSPC-SP 6 minimum; SP-10 for immersion or high-performance service.
• Apply zinc-rich primer at 2–3 mil DFT; epoxy intermediate at 4–6 mil DFT; aliphatic urethane finish at 3–4 mil DFT.
• Verify total system DFT after each coat.

• Surface prep to CSP 3–4; prime per manufacturer system.
• Apply PUMA or urethane traffic coating; minimum 60 mil DFT total system.
• Broadcast anti-slip aggregate in top coat while wet.
• Approved: Tremco Vulkem 350, Pecora Dynatred, Sika Ultrabond.

• DFT testing per ASTM D7091: minimum 5 readings per 100 SF per coat.
• Adhesion testing per ASTM D4541: minimum 3 per 1,000 SF; minimum 200 psi.
• Holiday test per ASTM D5162 on immersion-service coatings; repair all holidays before cure.
