• Special inspections per IBC Chapter 17: continuous inspection during grouting of reinforced masonry.
• CMU types: standard, split-face, ground-face, lightweight, and insulated per architectural requirements.

• Repointing: Type S mortar for structural CMU; Type N for decorative; remove to 3/4" min.

• CMU crack repair: rout and sealant for non-structural; epoxy injection for structural.
• Bond beam and lintel installation: grout-filled bond beams; new steel lintels with proper bearing.

• Block filler primer: fill open CMU pores before finish coat.

• Core drill and clean hole; apply epoxy adhesive (Hilti HIT-RE 500 or equal).
